At Aichele, it's all about quality. Having had so many years of experience in the market, we are familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of the various materials and their processing. Since the traditional rotary die cutting cylinders, when milled from relatively soft materials, are rarely of use, we decided to use much harder materials in our rotary cutting rollers, as well as a new form of manufacture. To make your quality tools, we use, for example, tungsten carbide and oxide ceramics.

These innovative rotary die cutting cylinders are impressive because of the decisively more optimised performance: a significantly improved surface finish, wear resistance and a service life that is up to 20 times longer.
